Behaviour
- After looking at videos of this interaction, I saw that the fish doesn’t seem to move a lot, they only move when they see a shark. This result in “paths” being formed where sharks go.
- The waves move the fish and sharks. This can be simulated with a displacement shader.
- Shark move to where there are more fish. The do ocasional “jumps” or “sprints” to catch some fish.
- Fish tend to orientate themselves in the same directions as their neighbours.
- When sharks do sprints, the fish just panic and go in any direction quickly. This may include off the sea into the air, causing a splash.
